Guests may check in any time after 8 am but we ask that rooms are vacated by 11 am on the last day. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage at the hotel free of charge after that.
Do you operate a Shuttle Service to and from the airport?
No, but private and public water transport is both efficient and reasonably priced.
Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, if you prefer.
Is there Satellite TV in each room?
There is a TV in each room but it is not satellite TV.
Is there a lift?
No, but there are only 3 floors and guests with mobility problems may request a room on the ground floor when booking and the hotel staff will be happy to help with the luggage.

The nearest Gondola Station and Water Taxi Speedboats are about a 1 minute walk from the hotel to the Grand Canal.
